I absolutely love this brand of Collagen! My pain has been brought from a score on a scale of 1-10 from a 10 to most days being a 4. Definitely more livable than a ten everyday! My hair is growing faster and thicker! It is more shiny as well. My nails appear stronger and thicker-they do not break as much anymore. My osteoarthritis feels so much better! I have fibromyalgia and often have muscle and joint pain. The pain is so much better since taking these supplements. I would highly recommend to try these supplements! I'm almost 55, in menopause, and all kinds of craziness is going on with my body, not least is losing tons of hair!! YIKES!!!!! I have curly hair so I never brush it, and only wash it twice a week, but each time in the shower I would lost a handful of hair, and I mean, a LOT. When I was younger it was never this much, even though I don't brush it at all. I started to get really scared about this, so I bought this collagen, thinking maybe it would help. I only take 2 a day, one at breakfast and one at lunch. It only took about 2 weeks for me to notice a measurable difference in how much less hair I was losing, but this really got so much better after about 2 months, I'm down to losing only about 15-20% of what I was before!!! Seems like it's even less than I would normally lose when I was much younger. This stuff is AMAZING!!! I also take it for my joints and have also noticed a LOT less issues with my hip and feet. Absolutely have no problem giving this about 20 thumbs up!!!

The best I've ever taken. They really work. As an extra benefit that I wasn't expecting, they stopped my hair from falling out and thinning so much. My hair had started thinning quite a bit before I started taking these vitamins. And as a bonus that I wasn't expecting, these vitamins actually put a large stop to my hair thinning and there actually seems to be quite a bit of new hair growth as well. I originally started taking them for my skin & nails. My nails use to be very very thin and are now extremely strong and much thicker than they use to be. You will have to take them for a month or 2 & everyday to see the results, but they will be results that you can actually see over time. So worth it!!

I bought these pills hoping that they would not be too big. I'm happy to announce that they are not super big and easy to shallow. The pills are easy to digest and it doesn't upset my stomach like others have.

Born with mild Cerebral Palsy that affect my right side and recently breaking my right foot, I thought I would try collegen.This brand and kind had high reviews and was budget friendly, so I took a chance.While I can't tell if it is helping my foot at all, I am certain it has to be doing some good in all areas of my body.My hair feels fuller and longer, as well. The pills are big and cumbersome to swallow, but i don't really taste any odd flavors.I will admit the pepper in them made my body temperature rise the first few times I took, but my body must be used to it.Again, I'm sure thue supplement has to be doing something good for someone whose body at 36 is aging quicker than others because it the CP as well as loss of cartlidge, etc.It's definitely worth a try!
