work great for our needs
both my daughter and i have brains that don't like to let us sleep at night. taking just one of these 15 minutes before bedtime has made a big difference in both of our lives. getting a good night of sleep is extremely important and i'm very thankful that this product exists. they melt in your mouth fairly quickly (or you can just chew them up), and even taste pretty good.

Online option to in store purchase
I purchased this melatonin here because I had a hard time finding the specifics of what I needed in the store for a while. The taste was fine to non existent. It did what it needed to do for me. The shipping and package quality of this was good. It didn’t arrive in a dented box or with a broken seal.

Easy sleep
Works like a charm without being groggy the next morning. Just helps me ease into a nice, smooth sleep. Takes about 30 mins- an hour to start working but highly recommend.

SO MUCH BETTER than 5-10 mg and don't wake up groggy in morning.
LOVE these. Used to use regular 5mg (1-2 tabs per night), which would let me sleep pretty well but would be drowsy/sluggish the next morning and day. Decided to try the lower dosage slow release and it is SO MUCH BETTER than higher dosage and I don't wake up feeling groggy in the morning. Good night's sleep with them too.

4 orders over year and half. 3 different products
No idea what is going on with the quality control on this product. Two years ago the product tasted and looked very different. The second bottle i got seemed like something changed as the texture and taste was slightly different, and now a third bottle the texture and taste is VERY different. Now it was a lot more chalky .The ingredients on the labels looked identical so no idea why it is so different. The first two bottles at least the sleep felt the same. Sleep has been much worse on this third bottle.So i don't know how much i trust this product with such big changes to the product and nothing being reflected on the packaging.You're milage may vary

My absolute favorite melatonin product. I have used several different ones, but the time release quality helps me go to sleep, stay asleep, and not awaken groggy. Highly recommend
