Easy to install and fixed my HP T120
When my HP T120 gave an error message, I thought I would need to take the printer to a shop for repair, which is no easy or convenient task considering the heavy weight of the printer. Fortunately I found this printhead replacement recommended on a Youtube review video. Don't bother trying to clean or fix a used printhead. This HP replacement is easy to install and will fix the dirty printhead problem. After a five minute installation, the error message was gone and the printer I bought from Amazon way back in April 2017, is again running smoothly.

Excellent. Easy replacement.
Although the print head costs almost half as much as the printer, it was very easy to replace and rejuvenated an old work horse. Back in play.

Low Quality / Leaking Ink Cartridge
This printhead is built of thinner, more flexible plastic than the original. It did come with new ink cartridges, which are required to install the new head. Unfortunately, the yellow cartridge included with my new printhead immediately began leaking upon installation. This leak resulted in a tremendous mess and a compromised, new printhead. It took 30 minutes+ to clean up and stained my fingers yellow. I then needed to install a second full set of new ink cartridges, as the plotter requires new ink to prep the printhead.It does work, but the print quality is very low, the colors are not correct, and photos print with streaks. This is likely a result of residual yellow ink that leaked inside of the printhead.
