These are great for someone who occasionally needs a nervous stress relief. This is not medical advice just sharing my experience. It comes in a pack of 3. They are tiny little circular “pellets” that you put under the tongue to dissolve. They taste like sugar. It stops my anxiety and Panick attack. They are homeopathic so I don’t have to worry about any chemicals.

Great product. Ordered many times. The product is fabulous. However, Amazon can take up to 5 weeks to deliver whether one subscribes to Amazon Prime or not.

This was definitely my remedy. If you have a healing crisis that makes your symptoms worse- then it is your remedy, so try taking one pill in a bottle of spring water and sipping it through the day. Repeat this pattern for seven days and you should see amazing results. I did. I’ve learned the only time homeopathy does not work is if you don’t have at least 3 of the material medica symptoms. A general explanation is not always an accurate explanation. Use it correctly and you will see miracles. Maybe purchase a book on simple uses of homeopathy with brief explanation of symptoms, and build your emergency remedies first.
