Overall is good, in quality and the price. Great that it has a controller you can park on the desk so that you can quickly mute/unmute, or pickup Teams call. The only pity one is slightly too small for my head.

While incredibly light and comfy, I cannot hear my own vo ice. Tonality is quite important, but when I slide these forward a bit, problem solved.The sound is great.The music has clarity.The boom mic has flex and spins ambidextrous.I love the remote puck features and is the main reason I wanted these cans. The rubber bottom and its own weight keep it in place. The male end of the headset is designed not to pull easily from the hub so, I have not missed a beat while being yanked by my ears when I try to reach for something while on a call.*Updated to 5 stars after More experience with them.

This headset perfectly delivers what I was looking for in a phone headset. First, the headphone speakers are optimized for spoken voice clarity and volume. Next, the 3.5mm plug is perfectly sized to snap securely into phone jacks, even when the phone is in a protector. Most other headsets have plug casings that are too big, so that the plug doesn't fit in the protector's hole where the jack is exposed; no such problem here though! Jabra is the only manufacturer that I've found to get this right. Also, those folks I call say the clarity is very good; kudos to Jabra for making a good microphone. Finally, the headset is lightweight but not fragile, and fits comfortably on the ear. Well done, Jabra!
