Cutter Lemon Eucalyptus Insect Repellent, No DEET Mosquito Repellent, 4 fl Ounce (Pump Spray)

This works very well. And I like the eucalyptus smell. It repels mosquitoes. I’m going to order some more. It doesn’t take much- a couple of sprays and mosquitoes leave you alone.

We bought this last-minute for a trip abroad (an area known for vicious mosquitos / sand flies), and it worked like a charm! It truly is just as effective (or more so) than traditional bug spray, plus the bottle size makes it easy to carry during travel (plus, it fits in even a purse or deep pocket when on-the-go)--- but the solution goes a long way, so a single bottle will last a good while. The product starts off feeling like a body oil (similar to Avon's skin-so-soft product from years ago), so it helps to rub it in a bit, but it will also eventually dry down on its own, too.It was hilarious that EVERY SINGLE TIME we used this spray, random people would approach us to ask, "what smells so good?"! Nobody could believe that it was just bug spray, and we had several strangers love the scent so much that they took a picture of the bottle so that they could buy it for themselves.Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND as an effective bug spray, as a great-smelling alternative to the chemical products, and as a convenient bottle for travel / easy use.

Mosquitos absolutely love me. Given one mosquito and a room full of people, the mosquito will bite me and leave the rest alone. Up until now, the only solution seemed to be 100% Deet, which I absolutely hate to use due to smell and its toxic effects. So, when this product became available I decided to give it a try. Here is what I liked:1. First and foremost, there is absolutely no DEET in it at all!! Nor are there any other type of insecticides.2. The smell of this product is pleasant, but can be rather strong when first applied.3. Most important, the product works reasonably well. If you put it on all exposed and possible surfaces (think thin shirts) then I did not get any bites. Not thinking about the thin shirt issue I did get a couple of bites the first time I used it on my back through my shirt. The next time I sprayed it lightly on my shirt and had no issues with bites.4. The product does not appear to stain. I have used it on my cloths several times and have not had any stains resulting from such use.5, The longest I have been out with it on is 5 hours on a hike. I did not get any bites during that entire time.Things that I did not like as much:1. The odor can be a bit much when it is first applied. However, in about 10 minutes you no longer notice it.I would recommend this product as an alternative to using DEET.

My daughter and I went to the Everglades National Park in June and were attacked by the biggest cloud of mosquitoes we’ve ever seen moments after stepping out of the car. We sprayed this all over ourselves in a panic and lo and behold, the entire cloud floated away to their next victims within seconds. Everyone else’s legs were fully covered in huge red bites but ours were clean! And the smell is reminiscent of essential oil cleaning spray so not bad at all though it might be a bit strong for indoor use if you have a sensitive nose. Definitely the best addition to our trip and we will be taking it on our next! Could not recommend it enough.

Absolutely works. I spray it around my sunroom in the evening a few minutes before I go out and wow no bugs!!! Don’t spray too much the smell is strong.

This product works well but for short period of time,,I put a good coating of spray on arms ,legs and around neck and ears went out to weed veggie garden , after about 11/2 hrs started getting bit so i would say carry sprayer with you and reapply after 1 hour,,,

I bought this because I like to try to avoid DEET, but needed something that was more effective and long lasting than the other "natural" brand of bug spray I was using. The other stuff I use is kind of effective, but doesn't last long, and doesn't work sufficiently during the height of bug season. I honestly didn't expect this to do a lot better. I am the kind of person who will attract every mosquito within a mile, and get a zillion bites. I was so pleasantly surprised at how effective this stuff is for me. The scent is very long lasting -- great for helping with the bugs, but definitely keep in mind that you will smell strongly of this until you have a chance to shower it off. (It's not terrible, but might not be to everyone's taste.)It's hard for me to compare the efficacy of this with a DEET bug spray because I feel so wary about DEET that I probably don't put on enough of it. I will say that the efficacy of this, put on generously, feels similar to how effective DEET is for me when I spray it on cautiously -- some mosquitos get through, but I can go outside without fear of being swarmed or slapping away bugs all the time.
