The product doesn't mention how extent it can protect hair from heat.But it's an affordable heat protection spray and really works but do not work much as setting spray.it claims to have all natural ingredients.not at all sticky

To be honest, it felt like I was spraying lightly scented water on my hair. I didn’t notice any of the effects mentioned on the bottle. After using it, my hair initially looked slightly damp—similar to a "just out of the shower" look—but it dried out quickly and returned to its original state, showing no improvement.This left me questioning whether it truly provides the claimed benefits, including sun protection. I was quite disappointed and wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.
