I’m a long time fan of nootropics depot, they have an A+ rating as far as I’m concerned in terms of supplements. Their l-theanine is no exception, I was happy to find it a little cheaper with a 10% off coupon, the dosage and quantities are convenient and what I was searching for in an l-theanine supplement.I have awful anxiety, and coffee seems to give me terrible jitters up to the point of panic attacks. I notice a huge difference within 15 minutes of taking this after coffee. All the energy and focus is there without the crippling anxiety. Often I buy a product like a vitamin or fish oil and don’t expect to have a noticeable effect, but more so for the long term benefits. It’s refreshing to have a product with noticeable effectiveness so quickly after taking it.I plan on taking it for the foreseeable future, I’m glad to add it to the line of nootropics depot products in my current diet. The pills are small and easy to swallow, I have had no unpleasant side effects.

Obviously not the cheapest, but I feel as though I got better results from this L Theanine than I did from cheaper brands.

All I can say is, it works. If you suffer from anxiety give this product a shot.

Love this. Haven't tried other brands so can't speak to that, but as soon as I take this supplement I feel a difference in my attitude toward the daunting pile of tasks I usually have backed up, and just start knocking them down one by one without stressing over the outcome.

There are cheaper brands that sell L-theanine. And honestly, I bought this to make sure the cheaper stuff I bought compared to it. And it did. So, yeah. But with nootropics brand, at least they seem to be very trustworthy (from what I've heard).

I have been consistently waking up after getting only 3 to 5 hours of sleep and cannot ever get back to sleep no matter what I try. It's because I'm either restless, have racing thoughts, or just get too bored laying there. It's possible I may have RLS or ADHD. In any case, I was skeptical that this would even work because I have tried L Theanine before from another brand. I didn't take this before I went to bed (which maybe I should have), but I took this in the middle of the night with some milk. I read a study somewhere that dairy can enhance certain sleep aids. I picked Nootropics Depot specifically after looking at their website. Now the L Theanine didn't necessarily make me feel tired (I was technically already tired just couldn't fall asleep) but it seriously calmed my mind to the point where I could lay in bed without feeling stressed about not sleeping. I layed down with the intention of just doing non sleep deep rest. It seemed to enhance this, but it also helped push me over the edge into dream world. Let me tell you this is the first time in weeks that I've woken up and have been able to fall back asleep.

My go to Ltheanine, it works great and is more mg than most. Helps with energy, calmness and gets rid of the Jitter from caffeine.

I take it with my coffee and have not been having caffeine crashes since works very well
