So first off, yes it works. And it works very very well. I can NOT complete the 15 days because it's honestly painful and the constant bathroom breaks are unbelievable.It does get rid of bloating, and I feel like it helps with weight loss to kick start you. But it's annoying because you're literally a slave to the bathroom. I am a regular I don't really ever deal with constipation, my true motives are weight loss. And I feel like it really works to kick start your diet and help you remove all the unnecessary stuff so you can feel light and fresh.But the process is almost torture, at least for me it feels like torture. I hate this happening to me at work, several times an hour I had to run to the bathroom taking this at night like it says... I ended up counting down how many hours it took for me to become a slave to the toilet. For me it's 8hrs so I started counting down for the cramps to happen around the time I get home from work. But unfortunately it's never accurate to the countdown, and the constant bathroom breaks last for several hours I'll be up several hours at night. I always have to literally run to the bathroom. But the cramps are the worst! It's so paintful!!!!I started this 4x already and couldn't finish the 15 days but I have been taking notes to my experience. What I did notice is that if you eat healthy and drink a lot of water it's not as horrible. So it motivates me to eat clean and stay hydrated so I won't suffer. You guys may think I'm being dramatic but I swear this stuff is awful. I can't tell you how many times I almost cried, if it wasn't for my spouse in the other room saying "I told you so" to not take this because they make me go to the bathroom so often in a hurry, and Neenah i grunt in pain. My spouse wonders why I am torturing myself. I also wonder the same thing.. lolI know this is TMI, but it smells so bad too when I'm in the bathroom, that's another thing that sucks like at work I run to the other bathroom away from my office so I won't raise suspicion of leaving that awful smell behind lol!The reason I mention that is because it never smells that bad like me in general, and it makes me feel that all the "bad" stuff is getting flushed out, just like it advertises. So remember, don't trust your farts, maybe do yourself a favor and start it on a weekend when you don't work so you can test the waters and see if you can handle it, or if you're a big baby like me. When you wipe go easy on yourself lol cause friction you know. You'll be wiping so often you're going to given yourself a rash or make it feel like it's a rash! Buy some of the flushable wipes. And get ready for a 15 day trial of hell. I laughed when amazon asked me if I wanted to take a picture for my review, lol. Umm no thanks ill traumatized you guys with pictures.

Holy moly, these work so well. I had been taking another brand which I loved but they were expensive and I found that I had to take a lot of them to get moving. But let me tell you I didn't even need to do more than 4 days of this stuff and I was cleaned out. And now to maintain, I only need one every few days. When I first did it I took one at night and then another one the next morning and the mornings after that. I highly suggest that you do it on a day where you don't have to go anywhere or can at least be near a toilet. And now I only take it in the morning when I'm going to be home all day because it works in a half a day, and the first time I did it I was woken in the middle of the night. The urge is not overwhelming, and there is light cramping to give you a heads up that you've got to go. But the cramping stops after you go so it is not an uncomfortable feeling. I can honestly say that I feel lighter and that I'm ridding my body of toxins. We can laugh about poop, but honestly it is so important to clean out your colon! And this stuff is great. And I so appreciate the good price. Those of us who use products like this spend so much money on health supplements. This is one I will now always have in my cabinet.

I have accidentally threw away the bottle after finishing the bottle. This is an effective colon detox capsule. I take one, once a day. I don't usually believe capsules are very effective in detoxing, but this one, surprisingly, is quite effective. I usually take one in the evening--for I don't know how my body would respond and I do not want my work day disrupted with me having to go to the restroom frequently. So I usually take it in the evening, and let it absorbed and detox while I am asleep. I usually wake up the next morning, needing to go, and probably go a few times throughout the day, the very next day.I don't have constipation nor experienced any bloating for that matter. I simply purchased these capsules to try it out and I also wanted to do some slight detox, but nothing harsh or too dramatic. So I occasionally participate in "light detoxing" just to keep my internal clean-- and these capsules did just that. No pain or stomach cramp and I feel it did a great job providing a "light" detox, by flushing out any potential toxins and waste in our bodies.

Whewwww chile lol these pills work!! I take them at night and in the morning I’m ready to go! I work from home so I’ll just work from the bathroom the first half of my day lol! Cramps are bad, but maybe I need to drink more water. Once you are done fighting for your life on the toilet I promise you will feel so much better and flatter!! Lost 5 pounds in 2 days as well! 😊
