Q: Is it difficult to set it up in App?

Q: the scale works with the phone app, but is there any way to recalibrate? it says i'm 3lbs less than i see on 2 other scales.

To avoid inaccurate weight results, please re-calibrate the scale after physically moving or shifting it or when replacing the batteries. 2. To calibrate, first step on the scale with one foot until the display lights up, then step off. The scale will show “0.0,” indicating that the calibration was successful.

Q: can multiple people use this scales?

When multiple users share one app account and you use the scale with the app open, please make sure you have switched to the correct profile before you weigh. If the app detects a certain difference between the new weight and the previous weight under the current profile, the app will ask you to confirm if the new measurement is yours. You can switch to another measurement user by following the steps below: 1. Open your app 2. Tap "My account" 3. Q: Does this scales sync with Fitbit?

Dear customer, Thank you for asking. Yes, If use the Andriod phone, you can set up to sync the measurements to Google Fit and Fitbit. Please follow below tips and see attached video for display how to connect Fitbit. 1. Firstly, download Vitafit app (Android system) and match with the scale. 2. Turn on Fitbit, then sign into your Fitbit account. 3. Open Vitafit app, on the page of My Account, Select "Fitbit" from menu; after going to the next page, Tap "Allow" to access the Fitbit app. 4. Return back "Measurements page" of Vitafit app and step on the scale to weigh, step off unit get the final weight. 5.
