Good with no side effects
Been taking these for a while. A few people are saying that its giving them constipation or stomach aches; however I haven't found this yet. Also people have complained that it says take 2 however id say test it. I used to take two but have brought it down to one a night and its still helping

I took all of these, as instructed however I haven’t really noticed a change in my digestive track.The price is reasonable, but I feel my diet is varied enough and maybe that is why I didn’t notice a change in metabolism.

Fantastic product
I have tried various different types of colon cleansers, but this one is the absolute best. As instructions took before bed and it worked its magic in the morning. NO cramps or any discomfort just pleasant relief. Can’t recommend this enough. I will certainly be buying again.
