It is the best because it doesn't cause irritation even when worn for a longer duration of time but it must cleaned properly and then only used again otherwise it might cause rashes. The fabric is very soft .

I didn't get it for period use rather for daily use, as i need to lock moisture inside.it works for me✓PROS: smooth..rashfree...secure stitched(quality).. comfortable wearing..hassle free use..has good length (size is huge)... sustainable...cute..keeps dry whole day.CONS: not for heavy flow. For lower to minimal flow, due to leakage through wings. The waterproof sheet is good but wings might lead to staining cloth.I guess the above issue will persist in any reusable pad no matter the price.

I purchased two packs of these recently and I have thoughts.The pads are decently made and thin. For being so thin, they actually absorb quite a lot in the main gusset area.I have bought reusable pads from another brand before and while slightly uncomfortable, they absorbed liquid well even in the wings.Sirona, however, keeps leaking out the side and I am extremely unhappy.Most of my rating is for the longer, Overnight pads, that also have decent absorption in the wing area. I don't need the length to be quite so much but I realise that it's not made for just one person.Washing the pads is also easy. No unpleasant odours linger. And they dry really easily in good sun.With these having really good absorption in the main area of the pad, you can't tell when they're likely to leak out of the wings and that's what makes it frustrating.I would really like for the wings to have better coverage and protection, and without such a change I don't think I'll buy these again.Sirona's reusable menstrual cups, however, are fantastic! Worth their hype.

It's a good alternative for the regular pads in market.It fits for every age groupMy mother have been using it for more than a year and still in good condition### the only thing you need to take care of is ALWAYS keep the pad in sunlight to dry properly after washing , never keep it wet or else it will deteriorate and odur will be there👍

I was thinking to move to reusable pads for quite sometime to replace the sanitary pads and unfortunately I decided to go with Sirona's reusable pads. Firstly the material is not good and it scratch you on your most delicate areas also the pad is not stable and keeps rolling to middle making it very uncomfortable in very less time. Luckily I dint try it on my heavy period days as wanted to try it first during spotting to check the comfort and feel. I am very disappointed and the money is wasted for a product which I can never use.

After using the Sinora cloth pad for couple of months , I must say it is super comfortable and durable. I would recommend all the ladies to at least give it a try once and experience the benefits. Most important we are saving mother earth from all the sanitary pads wastage .
