Good
Works perfectly with my Steam Deck. Solid build, easy to set up, and all ports function as expected and I had no issues connecting a mouse, keyboard, and external drive. It fits the Deck well and keeps it cool. Great value—highly recommended!

Best value dock for handhelds with USB-C
This is the best value steam deck out there. All the main features are there, including multiple USB ports, charging connection, HDMI, and RJ45 for direct cable connect to router. Docking works great, even while actively in game to put display and sound up on your home media setup. The steam deck fits perfectly and feels like it will stay in place even if bumped, and there is a small rubber pad to ensure grip with the system bottom edge. The whole device is small and portable making it a perfect option for travel gaming. Does not come with a charging cord, but the official steam deck charger fits and works perfectly, keeping the deck fully charged while docked and playing games.

Fantastic Docking Station – Wish I Bought It Sooner!
The JSAUX Docking Station for Steam Deck is an absolute game-changer! The quality is impressive—feels sturdy and well-made from solid materials. Connecting it to my Steam Deck and TV was a breeze, and everything worked flawlessly right out of the box.I haven’t experienced any issues with picture, sound, or usability. The response time is great, and it even charges my Steam Deck while I play, which is super convenient.Honestly, I wish I had found this before purchasing the Valve version—I would have ordered two from the start! If you’re looking for a reliable, well-built docking station for your Steam Deck, this is the one to get.

Perfect Steam Deck Display Device.
This device works as intended. HDMI comes through crystal clear, the USB ports work well, and you can use the Steam Deck's included power cable to supply the whole unit, so ease of use.The whole package is small also, which makes it very easy to carry on the go.One flaw. For the life of me I cannot get a controller to work via USB. Keyboard and Mouse work, but not controller.Don't know if that is a flaw on my part, but a flaw in the device.

Stopped Working After 3 Months of Light Use
Edit: Customer service was super great and let me trade in for a new one which has lasted almost a year now with no problems. Great accessory.I really liked this dock- I basically just needed a way to output my display to a monitor and charge at the same time. However, after just 3 months of light use it has suddenly stopped being recognized by my Steam Deck. It started with USB devices not working when connected, then the HDMI output stopped working, and then the pass-through charging failed. Now the dock isn't recognized at all by the Steam Deck.I'm no stranger to hardware troubleshooting, and so I've tried different power supplies, devices, restarting affected devices, and plugging devices into the dock without anything else plugged in. Nothing has gotten it to start working again. It's become a $30 paperweight. All in all, this is a great dock while it works. For $30 - $40 though, I would have hoped it would have lasted for more than three months of light use.

Good value for price, but doesn't work with USB Xbox 360 controller
Generally works as intended. A little awkward how the attached USB-C cable doesn't have a good place to go when storing for travel or taking on the go. Also, I plugged in a basic Logitech USB mouse and keyboard, and they kept disconnecting every few minutes when using a basic iPad charging cable. This meant it was unusable as a dock for "desktop mode". Maybe there was not enough power and have to use a bigger power brick? Then that takes away from the portability though. Also, my USB Xbox 360 controller (with the USB receiver) did not work at all, even when using a 120w charging cable to the dock. Most people will probably be using the bluetooth Xbox controller rather than the USB one, but this was a disappointment for me. Despite everything, for $27 out the door, I think it's a good value if you just need basic connectivity. If I could do it over again though, I would get the dock that folds and/or one that has a dedicated storage spot for the USB-C cable, or at least a dock that has more USB inputs.
