Don't know if they work, not the highest in needed "ingredients" but cuz I can't remember results from other brands, they win because they don't require water to swallow while walking or driving on my way to somewhere else so more likely to take them.. .., I can chew them while driving and I don't need to also rmember a water bottle. Maybe not the best memory/brain supplement, but much better than not remembering to take anything at all...

Love these. It takes a couple days to work but they are very effective. They are easy to swallow and don't taste bad. Gives me energy and takes away brain fog. Really doesn't have a smell.

I think these are causing me to have diarrhea. I had to stop taking them.
