I recently purchased the modelones Builder Nail Gel in milky white, and I have to say I’m really impressed with it. I’ve been doing my own nail enhancements for a while now, and this product has quickly become one of my favorites.The gel itself has a perfect consistency—thick enough to build up a strong extension yet smooth enough to work with easily. I love that it serves as an all-in-one solution: it works as a builder, base, and even a nail tip glue. After curing under my LED lamp, my nails look natural and beautifully thickened without that overly glossy or artificial appearance.Application was a breeze. The instructions were straightforward, and I didn’t encounter any issues with uneven layers or bubbles. The milky white color gives a subtle, elegant base that I can either leave as is for a minimalist look or build upon with my favorite colors and designs. I’ve noticed that my nails feel stronger and more resilient since I started using it—definitely a plus if you’re prone to breakage like me.What also stood out was the fast curing time under the LED lamp, which really saves time during a busy weekend manicure session. I wanted STRONG long nails, but did not want to go through the hassle of doing acrylic powder or poly gel due to the cost it would initially be. I saw a few nail accounts using this and wanted to try it. To do my nails with this gel I also used a LED lamp and a base and top coat (OPI). I highly recommend this to anyone who paints their nails and wants strong long nails. I will go over what worked for me.I buffed my nails and then used OPI gel base coat. Then I used this builder gel. I did a "slip layer" (thin layer first, I did cure mine 30 secs) and then did a thicker coat focusing on the "apex". This polish is THICK and I recommend if the shape is getting weird to hand you hand upside down (palm up) to get gravity to pull the polish down. Do not worry it will not drip off- it is that thick lol. I did two layers to get to my desired thickness and coverage since this is a sheerish pink. I did notice that the color will look uneven slightly if you only use one coat. I cured for 90 seconds each round. This is probably overkill, but I wanted to be sure it was cured. If you find it is uneven in shape you can buffer it out and then add a top coat! People ask me all the time if my nails are real because of how long I am able to grow them now.*For removal I filed it with a coarse file and then put on a gel-polish remover and in about 2 rounds of that it came off. * Removal will take longer as there is thicker product on the nails.Pros- Good for beginners. Strong gel and I wore it for almost 4 weeks with minimal to no pulling or chipping. You can also use this as a builder gel and put a different color over it which I have also done. No problems with this either as far as longevity.Cons- Some nail painting experience will be needed. It can become messy due to thickness when applying and or wonky when it dries if you are not carefully painting it on. My first use I did have heat spike/ flare. I had to remove my hand to wait for it to cool. However, I just waited until my nails did not feel hot and continued with curing.

I have been using this for little over 6 months and I got to say it works amazingly. It does have a learning curve but I find the gel thicker so it won't spill over if you are taking a bit to apply it. It does have a slight smell but anything nail related will have a smell its just not give you headache type smell. When doing fills its easy and floats beautifully near the cuticle area. If you are wanting beginner type builder gel I believe this one will work best compared to beetles and Co builder gel it's tad to runny while this one is thicker and stays put when you put bead of product on your nail. This will be my 2nd bottle of this and this lasted me little over 6 months. Now this may vary if you are doing long nails I do short to medium length nails on myself.

Functionality:Overall I think this is a great product. My 4 stars is because compared to other builder gels I find this one to be very liquidy and therefore it’s hard to not have it flood your cuticles. I had to go back in with my drill to clean up the cuticles because I couldn’t get it to not flood. Polish quality:Quality is definitely there - when cured it hardens similar to acrylic (i.e. it’s not flexible, it’s hard). I tried it on my short natural nails this time and plan to attempt adding a tip next go around. Bottle size:I think for the price this is a great value!Chip resistance:I’ve been wearing it for 3 days now and I’m really hard on my hands with constantly cleaning and caring for dogs. I have been very pleased with how it’s held up!

I have this builder on subscription because it's the best builder gel I've come across. If you take the right precautions, this will last you months! I always make sure to get pink color since it glows neon pink under UV and so I can see how thick of a layer I'm building rather than clear where you could possibly make it too thick. In one bottle you get plenty, which goes a long way! It also last for a long time, and is insanely strong that I've had friends try and pry it off and they claim it hurts, and I've tried to soak it off and struggle even with that. Overall it's such a great quality builder, no chipping, long lasting, beautiful color variety, and it works the best out of any builder I've tried!
