Worth money spent and see thru!
This is a good sized SEE THRU bulb that really helps. Being able to see if the suction strength (very good) works and that what you are trying to clear and flush is working is a win- win with this product. It is easy to clean, soft to the touch and yet feels very durable.

Nice Ear Bulb
Really nice syringe ear bulb. However the tip does not stay on while using the bulb. I like that the bulb is very soft and easy to use.

Good product.
All in all, it works. It really helped to flush stuff out. I personally recommend doing it while your head is level, that way water doesn't get trapped behind your eardrum. The extra head it comes with is nice too, just be careful when using it, it likes to shoot water pretty quickly.

attachment can detach and remain in ear
Overall, effective, but be careful with the four-way squirter: more than once when using it, it detached from the bulb and the only way I could remove from my ear was with tweezers.

Works great for an unpleasant problem. Throw away the tiny syringe that come in kits!!
I've had ongoing issues with earwax for 40+ years and have always treated it myself every 6-9 months or so without the need to schedule an ENT appointment. The older Murex and Debrox kits used to supply a generous sized syringe such as this one, but they swapped it out at some point in the early 2000's for a tiny little one - do not, I repeat do NOT use the tiny little syringe supplied in those kits (and shame on Debrox for including such a horrible tool) - the tiny little syringe in those kits will do more harm than good - they're painful and less than worthless since they can and will make your earwax problem even worse. I do like the Debrox drops so I use those... put several drops into your affected ear, one ear at a time - lie down and relax and let it do its work - it might take a couple tries before the drops start making popping or "foaming" sounds - you WANT those sounds because that indicates it's really working. After 15 minutes or so fill a bowl with warm water (it must be warm but not hot!!), fill this Medi Grade syringe entirely up with that lukewarm water, stand over the bathroom sink, stick the tip of the Medi Grade syringe directly into your ear canal and give it a good quick squeeze! Depending on how bad your wax is it may not loosen much at first - if that's the case then repeat the entire process and if you haven't expelled wax in small hunks repeat it again the next day. This method of wax removal WILL work IF you use this well made Medi Grade Ear Syringe.
