Sturdy hori-hori with good sheath. Use colored tape on the handle.
Strong, well-made hori-hori. The blades have remained sharp after about 20 hours of gardening. I like the sheath with a snap buckle - it is easy to slip the hori-hori in an out while you're working, and the snap buckle secures it for walking and storing. The only downside is that the black blade and brown handle make it a bit difficult to spot when you put it down in soil and mulch. I wrapped the handle with bright colored hockey tape, which made it easier to see.

Great garden knife!
This garden knife is both tough and SHARP! It works great at weeding and some trimming tasks. I used it to remove some weeds and excess sod around my lawn irrigators. It cut right through the sod and made it easy to remove. Just don't stab it deep into the ground and attempt to use it as a pry bar since it wasn't intended for that use. Cut the soil / weed loose in a circle, then simply lift it out.

Workhorse
I saw a video about these type of knives. So I purchased this one. I like it. I use it a lot in my garden for planting and pulling weeds. I put a lot of pressure on it to remove weeds with a fibrous tap root in the pasture and was surprised at how well it worked. Highly recommended.

Incredible gardening tool!!
Wow, beautifully weighted for lady hands, but is masculine too! Is very sharp & has a hook edge for deep roots. It's definitely a yard / gardening / sprinkler installer tool every real gardener should have. The carry sheath is kind of thin, but it can be carried on a pant belt.

Well-made and heavy duty
This is such a nice garden tool! It’s heavy-duty and feels sturdy. The knife edges are perfect for cutting hard-to-reach veggies like zucchini, and the shovel made digging up garlic bulbs a quick and easy process. The sheath is great for keeping everything clean, as well as making it easy to carry.
