The seller was great and item shipped fast, but
The issue I had was trying to find wipers that fit my 2016 Smart Fortwo. I found some pink ones I Iove but needed adapters to attach to the arms. These did not fit and there was no way for me to try and modify them so I personally wouldn't consider them "universal"
