Dehydrated Milk kefir got activated after following the manual without any deviation. 15 gms of grains now available. After 3 or 4 weeks they will grow hopefully. Milk kefir tastes very good. Use a strainer with single mesh preferably a plastic juice strainer to strain the kefir quickly. Manual is self sufficient any how the customer care is excellent.
