These are amazing! They will definitely get your bowels moving. I've always struggled with bloating & constipation. After starting these, I have to stay close to a bathroom after eating...lol. I stopped taking them for a month to try a more expensive, popular pro/probotic, huge mistake.

Noticed a difference in bloating and regular BMs in the first week of taking them. Night and day difference. The only pro, pre, postbiotic that has actually assisted in gut health the way I need them to. 10/10

I have only just started to use these but realize that my digestion has improved as I tend to suffer to be backed up and now am moving regularly daily .

These were good probiotics. They helped with bloating and regularity. They were easy to swallow and tasteless. The only con was they were pricier for a smaller bottle but they were effective.
