I really hoped this would do what they said it would do - provide energy. I saw their products on Next News, and they raved about how much energy it gives - that instead of taking all 6 capsules, maybe start with 1, because it gives so much energy. I started with 1, but very quickly went to all 6. Never got a boost of anything. Nope, nothing. And it's not eligible for a return.

The softgel capsules allowed for easy consumption. I never tried olive oil supplements before but have been aware of positive effects from anecdotal reviews on other health related forums. I didn't experience any negative results such as upset stomach, nausea or tiredness from using them. As with all supplements, please do your research and/or consult with your doctor or physician prior to using.

We've been taking these Extra Virgin Olive Oil capsules for several weeks and neither me nor my wife have noticed any problem or difficulty. Instructions are to take 6 capsules/day, preferably in the morning (which we do). Antioxidant supplements are recommended to help boost the body's immune defenses and improve energy level. While not inexpensive, these capsules, when taken at the recommended dosage help provide a generous supply of extra virgin olive oil in easy to swallow, no-taste form.As with any dietary supplement, consult with your physician and do some research before consuming it.
