I have been using Ancient Nutrition products for over a year and if there is one product on the market that delivers on their promises it's their collegen products.Ancient Nutrition promises to promote hair, nail and gut health and my nails have never been longer or stronger and my hair hasn't been this thick since I was a kid. Not only do I have thicker hair but the quality of my hair has changed, I went from having frizzy unruly hair, no matter what product I used to turn frizz into curls, but my hair is full of body and straight.
