This will be my second box. And when I tell you my nails grow like crazy. I don't know if it does anything for my skin because I look the same. As for my digestive system, I think its working good, and hit might what's helping me keep the weight off, because all I do for exercise is a lot of walking. When I ordered it, I thought the flavor would be a berry taste, but actually it has no taste, so whatever I use it end does not take from what I'm drinking or eating.

So far, so good!! This arrived next day, very speedy delivery and was packaged with care! I put it in my coffee the last two mornings but the box says you can use in a different beverage if you want! I’m giving this four reviews only because I’ve been using this for a few days and I realize if I put the full packet in it does leave chunks. but if you put it in small increments in your drink, it actually resolves the issue so if you have a shaker or frother it gets rid of the problem.
