This is a rating of the sellers customer service.
When received it was found that the felt padding was not suitable for my intended use. I wrote a 2 star review explaining the problems. It was my intent to ask for a refund, however before I did, I received an email from the seller asking for a more detailed explanation of why I rated the product so low. I submitted the further information and agreed to the full refund offered. The refund was promptly credited to my Amazon account. This is by far the best customer service I’ve ever received! Great Company!!

Very useful and hard to find
This is very useful if you have to cut out a weirdly shaped pad for the bottom of your foot, which is what I needed to do with it.
