Absolutely incredible!! My wife and I decided to get a second puppy and that meant twice the hair. It was okay to sweep, vacuum, and mop with one. But two meant daily vacuuming and after 6 months it was getting to be too much.Roborock Q8 Max to the rescue! It is amazingly precise, navigates around our furniture, as well as hanging wires and other difficult to circumvent sort of obstacles it’s got really great suction even though it’s an older model and I know that newer ones have higher pressure. I can’t complain a bit. It’s picked up everything off our floor, dirt debris, and most importantly pet hair. And believe me we’ve got tons of it with these two puppies running around. The transitions easily from floor to carpet and over thresholds between room rooms. It’s programmable to be able to run with the grain of your floor or to target just specific rooms or areas as needed.I work remotely and when I’m in meetings or on phone calls we can run the unit and not only do I barely hear it unless it is right next to me, but anyone I might be on a call or in a meeting with cannot hear it either. The highest noise level is once it’s done and returned to its base. It will self empty, but it’s just a few moments of noise and not overbearing so we don’t mind. If we were to run it in the middle of the night, I suppose we might hear that, but it’s not something we need to do so we haven’t run it at night yetUnfortunately, we have not tried out the mop feature. It does require their specific fluid for mopping which doesn’t seem too terribly expensive and we do plan on trying it in the near future.We both love the app and remote control and the customizability that it allows.OK, this review is way too long, but if any of you have pets and are considering this stop thinking about it and buy one you will not regret it if you do buy this I hope you enjoyed as much as we did and enjoy the extra free time it gives you

Being brutally honest I saw this as something likely to return before buying it but so glad I took the chanceI live in Las Vegas where there is an odd airborne problem of fine sand and particles that come through the ventilation system doors and windows.Ive tried everything to get rid of it heavy expensive Miele vacuums costly housekeepers Dyson hepa filters and nothing workedAll the time sand and grit always got in my bed and over all the floorsThis thing is a miracle for the price and it has solved a major problem for me and made me a happy homeownerIt’s not going to replace all your vacuums if you have large leaves falling of your plants or excessive debrisBut for dust lint some basic fine hairs sand dirt etc it’s a miracle for the price.I do not use if for mopping and wouldn’t as my wood floors suggest no water sit on them so can’t commentThe app I’m still learning but seems pretty good.Thank god I didn’t spend 900 bucks for the Miele version!Easily one of the best purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon for the priceI didn’t get the lowest price on this purchase as it dropped after purchaseand still consider it an exceptional value for the price pointAgain this is a highly valuable addition to your other household vacuumsthough I have all wood and granite floors I would be surprised if it could work as well on carpetWhen or if it dies down the road I would buy another from this brand.

Have not had it for a full day so take this with a grain of salt, but I’ve never been so happy with a purchase in my LIFE. Taking a chore off of my plate & doing it better than any of our existing tools? Sign me up immediately. We haven’t even tried the mopping feature, but alone the vacuum feature picked up so much stuff from our floor I genuinely thought we had gotten a returned machine that had been used before. It was a lot easier to set up than I thought it’d be, is MUCH quieter than I thought it’d be (accidentally set it to run at 7am and it didn’t wake us up despite going right by our bed). It works on multiple floors (you just have to remember to bring it upstairs/downstairs), & is smart enough to work around our dogs & their toys.tldr; as a parent of two dogs who love to track in mud & dirt & grass & who love destroying plush toys and leaving fluff everywhere, this is the best investment I’ve ever made. There’s nothing like waking up to freshly cleaned floors & not having lifted a finger to make it happen.
