Directions say takes 4-6 weeks, but I noticed it within a few days. We have 3 dogs and the youngest and smallest is the poop eater. We are giving these to all 3 dogs. We have noticed within a few days he has stopped coming in smelling like poop, so it is working. We will most likely buy another just to go longer and hope his bad habit has stopped completely!

He won't even attempt trying them again. The bad news is he lost his trust even taking his daily pill pockets. These edibles should be removed from amazon

I got frustrated with these dogs still ate her poop so I quit buying it

10/27/24 Edit: He's started to eat it again so we have increased the dose to 3, then 5 per day which he now seems to tolerate yet we'll have to see if it works.Our 105 lb dog only needs one chew every morning. It works immediately and when we did not give him a chew one day, just to see if he still needed it, he went right back to eating poo.Fortunately our wonderful dog loves the taste of these treats because he will be having one a day for all his years.The higher dose was too much for him and his sensitive system.So happy to have found this product which has cured a disgusting habit unworthy of his noble character.

This brand is the only brand we use. We tried several others and finally after making our way down a list of recommended brands we found this one that works. This one fits our needs perfectly for our naughty boy. He didn’t mess with the other dogs poo, only his! Plus we didn’t want a product that had side effects like many seem to have and he is a small breed so we wanted to be very careful (chihuahua). It took about two weeks for it to truly get into his system. He stopped consuming but would still move it occasionally which was way better than what he had been doing. I highly recommend this product and also suggest patiences as it does take a couple weeks to start making a difference

I feel like this encourages the dogs to eat more poop!! I don't know if maybe by eating the "treats" it made the poop smell/taste like a treat but the dogs seem to be eating more of it and the dog that wasn't eating it before now does!!!

My puppy will eat his own poo- it’s so gross. It gets stuck in his teeth and makes his breath stink.. and lord help us if he wants to play with poo stuck in his teeth… it gets everywhere!! These “treats” did not work. I followed recommended dose for the weight of my puppy. They smell bad, and they didn’t work. He liked them fine though, so no complaints on taste.

They have a strong smell, beware. I didn't notice a change in the stool eating behaviors. In fact they seemed like they made my dogs rather bloated and gassy. I couldn't tell you. My love love them but then again they eat poo....lol I would imagine they help with their gut health, hence the gassiness, but I'm not sure if I would but again. Not for the smell but the way it affects their guts throughout the day just seems miserable to me.
