I usually never write reviews, however, this brace is so good I just had to. I am only 18 yrs old and I herniated a disc in my back between the l5-S1 vertebrae, and could barely walk/stand for more than a few minutes. This back brace has SAVED my life. I couldn’t work for a few weeks (I am a waitress) however this brace allowed me to return to work with very little pain, and lots of support. I highly recommend especially because it is very easy to hide it, and it’s very comfortable compared to other braces I have tried. ORDER THIS BRACE!

It fits very well and gives good support. I had back surgery and this definitely helps with my lower back pain. Velcro is very, very strong.

I liked this product so much that I bought it twice! Allow me to explain. After more than a year of back injections followed by a radiofrequency ablation (RFA), I was in a state of panic. My back pain was only mildly better, and I was still basically disabled. My chiropractor suggested I try a lumbar brace. I found this one and clicked to order what I assumed would be my size. Of course, if I'd read the description, I would have seen their explicit warning about how to order the right size. But I didn't. Even though the one I ordered was far too big, I was able to wrap it and secure it. The design provided such great support, I ordered a 2nd one - this time two sizes smaller. The smaller one provides even better support! The material is thick, which means you're not going to be wearing this invisibly under your clothing. I don't feel stylish when wearing this but I can now live like a normal person again.

This did fit if you go up a size from what it says or if on lower end of inches go up a size. The instructions said not to wear any pain reliever rub, should only be worn 3 hours at a time not more than 8 hours a day. I just had on for a few minutes and left marks from fabric and bunched up on one side. I ended up with the mueller one for over my clothes and to wear all night. I got the futuro easy adjustable back brace to wear under clothes. I am 51 inch waist and it just fits. The mueller one fit well and can slip on and off without redoing the Velcro. The futuro one make sure to put in a bag bag so Velcro last longer. This brace did fit nicely but was not right for my needs. A lot of people love it but when my back does go out I need to wear a brace longer than 8 hours a day.

I purchased this item in hopes it would help with a pain in my right side that had been hurting for several months....well....it not only relieved the pain.....it gave the area enough support that it's now completely healed......it's very easy to put on and take off.....I wear mine underneath my shirt.....there have been several times that I forgot I even had it on......it's rare now days to find any product that surpasses your expectations but this one did for me.....Thanks.

This helps so much! It’s nice for the brand to be size inclusive. Didn’t realize at first that it has two methods of tightening. But now I got it and it’s even better!
