Sandblaster Sand Blaster Gun Kit for Abrasive Media Blaster Sandblasting Cabinet with Hose Nozzles Tip

Got a good deal on a blasting cabinet at Harbor Freight. Was the display model. Only thing wrong was no blasting nozzle. They said they couldn't get that part....so found this one and was pleasantly surprised. Hooked up perfectly in the cabinet. Now I can finally see just what parts I took off the old 88 chevy truck! Good to go.

While this may not be the biggest and baddest of sand blasters, it worked perfectly for my use. I tried a couple different tips to get the exact spray I wanted and am very pleased with the results. My only wish would be for the included hose that connects to your sand/media, to be a bit longer. Otherwise it worked just fine.

I've been using TIP and ACL Sandy Jet for 50 years, they have priced me out of using them, I'm not spending $10 a piece for a nozzle. (the price increased $10 a package from 2021 to 2022 at northern tool) So I got this to try. It doesn't seem as accurate as the other's I have, in that it's more like a shot gun vs a rifle with the way the sand exits. Probably the length of the nozzle is to blame. I'd venture it may waste some sand, but it works well. My only complaint thus far is the hose is pitifully short as you can see in the picture. You can't move a foot away from your work without the tube coming out of the sand. That is easily solved with a longer piece of hose. I used the 13/64 nozzle and my 5hp compressor would shut off shortly after I stopped blasting, so I could blast all day and not have problems with air volume.

I had to use 2 compressors to keep up enough flow with my old Blaster gun, Now 1 Compressor works great with this new Jewboer! No more leaks

This is a cheaply made product only good for a few uses before it goes bad.

Warning! What you will receive is not what is described or pictured. The description states the kit includes 2 steel nozzles and 2 ceramic nozzles. What is actually included is one steel nozzle and one ceramic nozzle. The listing photo shows the kit includes the quick disconnect fitting but the package you receive doesn't include it.I returned it and ordered a different kit from a different company. It arrived exactly as described.
