The massage heads are very hard and don't retract sufficiently to be a comfortable pillow.

Is the item in the box the same as advertised ??
Charged for 6 hours green light on massage function only lasted 4 minutes before requiring another charge. Upon checking instruction manual which is not very helpful not even a change time estimate it states batteries may need to be replaced if not regularly charged or drained for a long time. The battery compartment is inside behind the stitched on outer cover which means you need to cut the seems and re sew after battery replacement also it’s stated on item description that outer cover can be removed to wash, but again stitching will have to be removed and re sewn. Don't buy this. It will hmgive you a neck injury. Very hard plastic balls sticking in your neck with just very thin material between. I've sent the item back
