Before and after photos. Before was relaxed - naturally type 4C. And after was the next morning after being slept on and just brushed through with no additional heat treatment.Very good result overall . Really easy to apply. Doesn’t leave hair feeling stiff - actually a lot of movement after finished. I used a separate keratin finishing cream. But overall happy with it.Let’s see how long it lasts.

I love this product.it is my go to now,after years of relaxing in my 20's&30's.not only does this product leave my hair straight,soft and silky smooth,my hair has grown longer,faster,as there is no breakage and my hair is so much healthier.my hairdresser was also very happy as many of her clients had been looking for alternatives to harsh chemical relaxers.i pointed her towards this,and 7 of her clients are now using it with good results.(to those who say it is uncomfortable on the scalp,i understand,it does tingle,but that's how naturally strong it is.it does NOT leave burns on the scalp.to get around this tingling I recommend using vaseline at the root,as you would with a chemical relaxer.its easy and you're able to get the full strength of the product without the tingling sensation.)I have mixed race hair and this works beautifully for me.my hair is also in such better condition now,I would never go back to using chemical relaxers.i also love that it is vegan and organic,thats very important to me.the 'triple small bottle pack',is also very economical.the shampoos,conditioners&botox treatments are fantastic too.im so glad there is a company like inoar,it fulfils all my checks-vegan,organic and excellent results.happy longtime customer.

Suprised how small it all looked when it arrived.Was however pretty excited to use this following the reviews I had read ....I thought that it was supposed to perhaps tingle a little... it was very uncomfortable - felt like the old day relaxers that left you with scabs. Followed the instructions as on the box - actually went to the hairdresser to apply this to ensure that it was put onto the hair and not scalp. It was just not for me... so unfortunately I will not be using this ever again.

I've got 4c hair and this worked well for it - I don't normally treat my hair myself but was loathe to shell out a small fortune or return to the dreaded chemical relaxer. If you want bone-straight hair, like with a chemical relaxer, then this won't work for that, but I didn't want that, so this was great for me. I used a natural oil after the mask when blow drying so my hair doesn't feel dry or brittle.I have shoulder length hair so have enough left over for a 2nd treatment so it isn't too pricey. The instructions are okay but it should mention you need gloves and an applicator brush - I started with bare hands and can still feel the treatment on my fingers.I've only just used it so will need to wait to see how long it lasts.- update, hair almost completely reverted to pre-treatment texture following first wash but still felt conditioned so knocking down to 3*

LOVE THIS PRODUCT. SO MUCH BETTER THAN ANY OF THE OTHERS I HAVE USED AND I HAVE USED QUITE A FEW. NO SMELL OR STINGING EYES. I HAVE SHOULDER LENGTH FINE FRIZZY HAIR THAT IS SALT AND PEPPER. IT IS COLOURED OVER BUT THE GREY IS VERY WIRY. THIS PRODUCT IS SO GENTLE BUT AMAZINGLY EFFECTIVE. I DID THE THREE STEPS INCLUDING THE MASK AND THEN ADDED SOME ARGAN OIL BEFORE BLOW WAVING AND STRAIGHTENING AND MY HAIR LOOKED IN SO MUCH BETTER CONDITION. I HAVE ORDERED ANOTHER ONE.

I decided to try this instead of the normal gold label keratin research brand for afro hair as it had a quicker processing time of 30 mins instead of 1h30 mins. It's slightly more expensive and I think it's a bit cheeky that they don't supply gloves or a brush applicator which is annoying if you don't have them already.Shampoo:First impression is that the shampoo cleans really well, but your hair ends up very dry.Applying treatment: Simple enough but liquid is very runny compared to my normal treatment so you definitely need gloves and brush to apply it with. Also avoid scalp as it does sting with contact. This treatment is different as you rinse everything out of the hair instead of blow-drying it into hair as normal. My hair seemed straighter after the processing time.Conditioner step: I used my own conditioner instead of supplied one as my hair felt really dry. I would also suggest using a heavy oil after the conditioner such as avocado oil to replenish hair before rinsing out.Blow-dry stage: Easy enough, nice change to have no fumes like normal since the product has been rinsed out.Flat iron stage: result was the second picture. Hair was straighter but much drier than usual as this treatment has no oils in the ingredient. Didn't add any oils after as you have to let the treatment soak in until the next 3 days at least. Hair didn't keep straight unfortunately the next day.One week later: Results is first pic. Straighter after blow dry only but still a bit dry, but this could be because I didnt have my usual hair productsWould I buy again? Maybe, as gives straighter results but you definitely need good hair oils and conditioner for the silky feeling. Grey roots are still a bit wiry too. Will update to see how long it lasts before a touch up is needed.Rating: 7.5/10
