Hydrate
These hydration packs are great. I drink them almost daily. They help me with my POTS. They seem to hydrate me fast and never upset my stomach. I know there is a lot of different hydrations packs out there, but this one works the best for me.

Great taste. Refreshing option.
The BEST. This zero sugar product leaves no “sugar free” after taste. I work in a very hot environment where hydration is a must. This product really does work and tastes great. It keeps the body going.

A M A Z I N G !!
very satisfied with the taste, ease of use, all the health benefits. My legs hurt so bad I could hardly walk; they were cramping really bad. I was pretty sure I was dehydrated. I drank 2 packets mixed with bottled water...amazing!! I started feeling a drastic change in the leg cramps. This is now a must have on my grocery lists.

Good flavor, each stick is for 8 oz of water!
So far so good! I have a history of calcium deposited kidney stones, so I was told to drink at least half my body weight in ounces of water with half a lemon or a whole lime per day, but I find that a little boring and still find myself dehydrated as I sweat a lot at work. I prefer this brand to liquid IV because of the cost (though it balances out because this is only for 8 ounces versus 16)…but this does have a lower sodium content 330 mg versus 550 mg and dissolves better. The flavor is good, but I’m not using it for the flavored drink effect, more the benefits. Today I combined one packet of the lemon-lime flavor with 20 oz. of water and the juice of one lime and then filled the remaining 12 ounces with ice and I just keep that in the fridge and drink it throughout my work shift. I actually enjoy it and it’s very refreshing, but there’s one more sugar free organic brand I’ll be trying as well. No harshness on the stomach and no added energy benefits that I’ve noticed.

An alternative to sugary drinks.
These are great to take when traveling. They are cheaper to use than soda and can be used in the travel mug I take on my trips. On a cruise, this is cheaper than a soda package. On a passport vacation, this is less expensive than bottled or canned drinks. This also helps control sugar intake.

Great taste!
I don’t know how they do it, but it just tastes really good. It even beats the liquid IV brand in taste. Highly recommend.

Good, but careful for the flavor!!
The best way to start using this sugar free version of Drip Drop would be to go with the variety pack to see what flavors you like. The only flavor I had issue with was the Passion Fruit flavor, which in a blind taste test, I would have argued that it is Celery flavor. The Lemon-Lime flavor tastes like a watered down Lemon-Line Gatorade, which is actually how I like to have Gatorade so that was a pleasant surprise. Then the Watermelon and Peach flavors are very true to the natural fruit taste although decidedly missing a sweet kick, which depending on your taste, could be sorely missed. All in all, great alternative to the sugar filled hydration options out there, I would just recommend to be wary of the Passion Fruit flavor (sooo much celery).

I liked the taste fine ... but I seem to get an upset stomach after consumption!
I bought these because I'm looking to drink water more regularly --and make it a little more of an interesting prospect in the process -- but I don't think these are for me personally. I bought the multi-flavor pack and have used one peach and one watermelon -- each mixed in about 16 ounces of water, instead of the recommended 8, because I just wanted a little flavor in my water. I do like the two flavors I've tried, but I believe these are causing stomach upset. I felt awful after I had one yesterday and just thought I had a little stomach upset or a passing "bug," so I had another one today without really giving it much thought. After I drank it before going out on a walk, the stomach discomfort reappeared. So I am led to believe these just don't suit my personal body chemistry. (Others I have tried, including Liquid IV, don't cause stomach issues for me.)I'm disappointed these aren't a keeper for me, because I actually do like the flavors I tried!
