Q: How many come in a package?

It really depends on how many ounces the package is. They come in different weights. I always buy the 12 ounce as I don’t want to keep ordering and ordering. This lasts my dog about two weeks. She loves them!

Q: have these treats improved at all in 2023? spent way too much in 2022 on the stick with a quarter size of dried out orange stuff my dog wouldn't touch

I stopped buying them on Amazon because they’ve gotten so hard that my dog can’t even eat them. Every dollar tree sells these now for $1. They are the small bags. Which are only 4-5 in each but I just went there and bought $20 bags. They stay stocked with hundreds of bags.

There are about 10-12 treats. Definitely a good value.

Q: have these improved any? chicken would cover 1/2-3/4 of rawhide stick the down to maybe size of a quarter. stopped buying.

Since my dog rarely eats the stick and never eats the red part of the stick, I only buy these locally so that I can examine each package and look in the window on the package. You can't see all of them, but you can see if they are rougher or smoother (the smoother ones tend to be better quality and have more larger 'wings' and you can see whether or not there are some of the bigger 'wings.' They all have several tiny ones in the bag and my dog only accepts them when she's less picky. I would say that 3 out of 4 bags are not worth the money. I will never order them again. In-person only.
