These are amazing my husband and I enjoy them very much. We call it "brain juice" we get the variety pack every two weeks. My favorite flavor is definitely the rose one but they are all really good. Recess are easy to drink (too easy yum) And good for any time day or night. In the day the l-theanine in the drink helps my ADHD and in the night the magnesium in the drink helps me relax and fall asleep. They are expensive I personally feel but they're helpful so I think of it as a supplement.

Best non alcoholic drink out there. Water is great, yes, but when you want something more, want to have something fun to drink while others are drinking alcohol, want to feel some relaxation, then this is the drink. Completely worth the price. No headaches, no grogginess. My teen daughter loves these. So awesome to be able to offer my sober friends something real to drink when we are socializing. I can’t wait for these to be available in restaurants and bars.

Do i love these? Yes. Do i necessarily feel any different after i drink one? No, but the flavors are good, some are a little sour so if you dont like sour drinks this might not be for you. But i like these for after work when i want something without the caffeine in it. Will be buying again

I absolutely love this product and I can’t speak highly enough about it. I have one every day. It helps me relax midday when I’m usually stressed at work and I sleep great at night. I usually have a hard time falling asleep and when I use other things like melatonin, I typically wake up in the middle of the night. The magnesium in this drink helps me fall asleep and stay asleep even though I drink it around 3pm. I also feel the adaptagens help me stay motivated in other areas of my life. All the flavors are good, but strawberry rose is my favorite.

I absolutely love these. I had been trying to cut out alcohol and wanted to find something else I can drink to help me relax, and these work wonders. I love the way they make me feel, almost like a buzz, but without the anxiety and loss of inhibitions. I have been ordering these regularly and everyone I have recommended them to has loved them as well. They taste good on their own, although I prefer to add a couple ounces of my favorite Kombucha to make them even more flavorful.

I like this drink because:1) it’s bigger ounce wise than a lot of competitors (those guys make you pay the same price for a slim can)2) pretty good price, especially if you can snag a sale or get it on subscribe and save3) all flavors I’ve tried, I’ve liked. They are smooth and mild and I’ve mixed them with other beverages as well4) I do feel relaxed after drinking these, not like when having an alcoholic drink, but just less stressed5) they are pretty!I’ve tried a variety and this one is the best!

Not typically a sparkling water fan but I wanted to try an adaptogen beverage to wind down at night and to substitute for an alcoholic beverage. Over all, I’m pleased with the product but the price for adaptogen beverages is kind of outrageous. That’s nothing unique to recess, it’s the whole market. That said, the tropical and blood orange flavors were great, the strawberry was pretty good, and the raspberry lemonade was ok.Edit: my goodness they upped the price again. Not worth nearly 40 dollars at all.

I love these. I got the variety pack to see which ones I prefer. The Strawberry Rose was my favorite so I would by that one instead of the variety pack. The tropical was my least favorite, it didn't have a very tropical flavor and tasted a little strange.
