I honestly wasn't expecting foam rollers to work this well, but they do.Watch a few videos on how best to use it, and soon you too will not have to suffer another restless leg night as a cyclist.

I bought this as I have a very tight calf towards the bottom near the achilles tendon. I find this hasn't helped a great deal as it never quite hits the spot no matter how many different ways I use it. To benefit from it I feel you need to apply more pressure. I also have tight shoulders and it is near impossible to target them with this foam roller.Whilst I think it would be good on quads, hamstrings, and maybe the lower back, I think it is quite limited in what it can achieve.

The foam set is a good, light weight addition to your home workout setup hit the foams are too light to provide good resistance now, not sure how long they will hold their shape after repeated usage.
