Unfortunately, I was focused on the Zinc and not the other vitamins. I am trying to limit my B6 due to a neurological disorder.I will not be buying it again.

Do your own research. 50mg may be too much for some folks. This has 30mg. Minerals are different than food based and water soluble vitamins. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

I just started taking these this week as part of my daily supplements. A bit too early to tell just yet, but no unpleasant or negative reactions. I like that it has co-factors intended to complement the function of taking zinc, so that's a plus. It's economical, so I plan to continue using it regularly. I'll give it a few weeks to better evaluate it effects on my overall health and well-being.

This product has quality ingredients and is the real deal.
