All that's needed it does perfectly. The installation guy was not well versed about the product. I had to tell him about the auto door opening feature which he said it does not have . But the product is perfect addition to the kitchen

Order = was seamlessDelivery = No Issues, the delivery man asked for tip.. so gave 100rs. for 1st floor. which is okay.installation = happened the same day of delivery. which is good.1. But the fact is the IFB guy forced to buy Softner and Stablizer and threatend saying the mother board is 16k and might damage, you have to buy to keep it safe2. After 2 years. no warrany. and cleaning will not be fine if you dont use the softner. and you have to purchase etc etc.3. I am educated to understad why a stablizer is required and why a softner is required (my house water TDS is 222 so the ppm will be around 110 or so) . and they cannot threaten and force cutomer to buy these. (also Stabliser is 3650, same available in fkart and Amazon for 2750/- and same Softern is 1700 online and 2650/- with the IFB technician. Finally they just switched on the plug and ran through the menu on the dishwasher and left. So all electrical and plumbing installation was done by me. which is very very easy. 15amps extension = 450/- and 3 meters inlet pipe with connector 400/-.Now the Dishwasher1. Filled Salt, Detergent and Rinseaid as advised.2. 1st wash with 100% filled utensils, and the cleaning was average 70% cleaned, (this is because of improper placing of utensils, so we have to understand and learn how to place the utensils for better wash.will update more after a month from now.

I think machine was used earlier because water particles are seen inside the machine

I bought it so as to reduce time and effort but found I took almost half the time of Manuel cleaning since no much thought is given to making the trays.The spoon tray is almost useless.You need to revert all items for loading.The trays are to be classified in writing specifically meant for this.And I fail to understand the reason for including a 3 plus hour programme in a household small washer.You have no much space say to put a cooker or similar items.Any item with a cavity has to be placed upside down otherwise water remains.The glaze is good.A normal middle family will think:1.Is it worthwhile spending 51 K for a washer2.The recurring expense of salt,rinse aid and detergent and electricity will amount to not less than 1,500 Rs.And that too these additives are only available with Amazon etc.

The product is good.It does it's job. However the pre cleaning is very essential for Indian utensils especially milk, tea pots, rice cookers, etc.Maintenance is high if you have a hard water wrt detergent, rinse, salt / tablets, softners, descaler etc.Helpful as no need to wait for domestic helpers and we can control our time.A must buy for working women, can avoid the frustration of cleaning vessels after work.Didn't like the installation part from IFB as technician forced us to buy the supplies for 1 year mentioning it's all wholesale pack whereas you get the monthly supplies online almost with same cost. This part is kind of cheating.Technicians making compulsion to buy stand, cover, cleaning essentials, descaler, softners, and stabilizer. The overall cost for all these comes around 20k.We need to be vigilant in this case.

Product is failure.

IFB Neptune VX2 Plus dish washer suddenly started giving bad wash quality for simple vessels like tea cups, after just 7 months of installation in Apr’24. IFB service team just keeps trying different options and unable to resolve issue since 3 months. They keep attempting to cancel the complaint number as they are unable to solve. Very incompetent and lousy service and will only frustrate and harass customers. AVOID IFB at any cost.
