Works!!
No complaints. Works. Except that it seems denser than other dishwash detergents so it will wash fewer cycles. Edit 1: seems to clean better than the others.

Fake Product!!!
Amzon is selling a fake product.Powder is not dissolving completely and everytime you run the machine you will find lump of detergent remaining in the dispenser.Second issue is, after the program finishes you would find white stains all over the machine which is impossible to remove. Overtime this stain becomes thick. Overall this seams like a fake productBefore using this product from amazon, I used to get the powder directly from IFB which worked properly and never left any stain.

I have an IFB Dishwasher for an year now. IFB essential Dishwash powder purchased initially from show room with machine was granular and wash quality was excellent.During lockdown the powder wasn't available in showrooms hence purchased from Amazon.Minimum order qty 2 kgs, non returnable, Powder received was very fine and wash quality has become very bad for using same washing cycles like before. A layer of white fine powder remains deposited on utensils after the cycle is over. Feel cheated..Purchased again from showroom when fresh stocks arrived and received granular powder inside the box, wash quality restored to what is was earlier - very good.Powder sold here in Pune showroom has packing label of Palghar Maharashtra. Powder received from Amazon is packed in Gurgaon. Any idea IFB ESSENTIALS What is happening under your brand name.
