Day 7 review.I recently purchased the Narwal X Ultra vacuum cleaner and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. It offers powerful vacuum cleaning, runs quietly, and works efficiently with minimal supervision. One standout feature is its smart AI-driven Freo Mode, which intelligently detects if a room isn’t clean and automatically re-cleans it until it meets a satisfactory level. This ensures a consistently spotless result without any manual input. While I don’t have major complaints, for a 1200 square foot home, the water tank does need to be refilled daily. Still, given its intelligent features and reliable cleaning, it’s a great investment.For a full house cleaning, it usually takes up 20% battery 30 mins for vaccuming, and 1-2 hours for vacuuming then mopping.I scheduled it everyday at 6am, 4 days normal vacuuming, and 3 days vacuuming then mopping. I wake up everyday with my room cleaning, and as it's silent, it never disturbs my sleep.The Cleaning solution is also good, have a slight smell unlike normal floor cleaners with heavy smell.While writing this review, I came to know that the price has dropped from 65k to 50k! with card offers, it's 45k.I just paid 60k 10 days ago and its hurts more than a breakup.One important thing is this review is my of my 2nd replacement Narwal X Ultra, I previous one I got was defective as the vacuum suction had a problem, Narwal and Amazon team realized the issue and they are helpful enough to replace it with no hassle.

We’ve been using the Narwal Freo X Ultra for the past 10 months, and it has truly been a game-changer for us. Before this, we had an iRobot, and to be honest, it was a frustrating experience. The docking was unreliable — we had to manually dock it almost every time, and if we forgot, vacuuming during an urgent need was just not possible.But the Narwal Freo X Ultra is a whole different story — it’s like having a little genie at home. It intelligently senses dirt in the room and adjusts its cleaning cycles accordingly. The results are fantastic — our home always looks spotlessly clean, and the vacuuming performance is so effective that it even gives a mopped look.What impresses us the most:• Super quiet: It works so silently that most of the time we don’t even notice it’s running.• Works in total darkness: Unlike the iRobot, this one doesn’t need light to function.• Exceptional mapping: It maps the house perfectly and skillfully avoids obstacles. After launching in India, Narwal switched distributors, leaving their website for buying accessories and handling support in a perpetual state of "maintenance" for months.The support staff and contact numbers listed on their website are completely unhelpful and, frankly, some of the worst I have ever encountered. They are consistently clueless, which is unacceptable for a company selling expensive robotic vacuums.If your vacuum needs replacement parts due to wear and tear, you're out of luck—there are none available. In fact, support even suggested I import off-brand accessories from another country. This is truly a first for me.Every inquiry is met with the same response: "Sir, I will check and get back to you." This isn’t an isolated issue—I’ve been getting this same response for 10 days, and it repeats every 10 days. This lack of professionalism is beyond frustrating.While the vacuum itself is great, and I still stand by my initial review of the product, I cannot comprehend how they’ve managed to drop the ball so severely on after-sales support and screw it up so badly.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++I usually don’t do reviews, but I had to make an exception for this purchase. Here’s why:Context: I have 2 dogs, 1 cat, and a wife who all shed a lot, and with my OCD, it’s been a losing battle, I tell you! But now, I've finally found hope—apparently, there’s a vacuum out there that can tackle fur and sanity in one go!Anyone who owns an upright cordless vacuum/mop cleaner knows they need regular maintenance themselves. Sure, they work as advertised, but considering the fur-pocalypse I mentioned earlier, it takes at least two passes a day to keep my sanity levels in check. And let’s be honest, ain’t nobody got time for that!I personally have a Dyson V11, a Tineco S5 Pro, and a couple of Black and Decker handheld vacuums, so you know I mean business. The only thing missing was a robo-vacuum. Unfortunately, the current offerings of robo-vacuums in India are like high-maintenance pets—cute but constantly needing attention. Then Narwal came along and finally cleaned up their act and offered the latest and greatest at the same price as their American counterparts.Pros:- Quick lidar/mapping- Stellar app with extensive customization/scheduling options- You have complete control over the type of cleaning you want and when and where you want it- Self-cleaning/drying of the mop head and it’s damn quiet- Minimal maintenance required on the base station, looking at you, T20 Omni- Excellent vacuuming capabilities and above-average mopping- M*****F****ing Anti Hair Tangle Brush Roller!!!!!!!!!!!!!!- Big enough dust/hair storage onboard to last a couple of weeks- Scented floor cleaner solution that auto-applies and smells good!- Huge dirty/clean water tanksCons:- Lidar issues with low-level objects like wires, etc.- Issues with light carpets/mats where on some occasions the vacuum might struggle (tape them down)- Expensive (subjective) disposable bags, but they do provide reusable plastic binsFinal Notes:With 3 + 1 shedding animals in the household, the disposable dust bags/bins can last for 2-3 weeks based on my usage. It will cost ₹300/piece via official channels and cheaper for knock-offs. I am going for minimal maintenance here, people, but you can always use the reusable plastic bins.If you want optimal cleaning and have a lot of objects lying about on the floor, you will still have to put them aside on higher ground so that there is maximum coverage; otherwise, Freo will navigate around it. While the Lidar sensor(s) work as intended except for very low-level objects, there will be some initial effort required from your end to ensure everything is spick and span.You will have to adjust your home and furniture in some instances to ensure cleaning is optimal and you have maximum coverage.Finally, this is not an easily affordable device, but for what it’s worth compared to other high-end robo vacuums in the Indian market, this is the best and latest tech that money can buy since all the other high-end vacuums are a generation or two behind and there are updated models available in EU/US markets. So again, if you want peace of mind and a robo vacuum that requires minimal assistance/maintenance and works exceptionally well, this is the device for you at this moment.

NARWAL Robot vaccum cleaner is perfect for our home. Noise is low and does it job. Mopping functionality is good. Build quality is good as well.Overall satisfied with the buy. !

Works as mentioned,Need to fix:1. If a carpet is mapped & then during cleaning the carpet is removed, then it will not mop the carpet area.
