Effectiveness, ease of use, ease of removal

nice pimple patches.they're thicker than most which makes them quite secure.they do a good job of removing the 'gunk' from spots.

Helpful for sucking stuff out of spots and have very strong adhesive. I use them overnight and they don't budge. Excellent. I wish they were in a bigger pack though.

This had a lot of potential especially with incorporating 'micro needling', sadly this has been one big let down for me. You have to do a little prep before using the product. So you need to cleanse and dry your face then using a clean pair of tweezers gently peel off the patch from the backing sheet and apply to the skin. You can press it down to make sure it has stuck to the skin in place.I have used this product for 5 days in a row, there isn't enough for any further usage so my review is based on the 5 days.+ Didn't seem to have much of an impact on either severe cystic acne or regular acne.- Once the package is opened you need to use the patches quickly, they do not store well once opened as the little needles dissolve before you get a chance to use them+ Not painful to apply or use, but you can feel a scratchy sensation.- Within 30 minutes of using the edges of the patch start to peel and detach, within 2 hours they started to loose their adhesive and would start to peel away from the skin. This is not great as they are meant to be on for 2- 6hours recommended.+ Very noticeable, can't cover these up with makeup, won't be able to blend seamlessly with your skin.+ The micro needles do dissolve as intended.- £19.97 for just 12 patches is extremely expensive especially as I haven't seen any visible noticeable difference.Overall I did not notice much of a difference before and after, for the price I can't really justify enough to recommend it. I’ve used micro dart patches previously and I found them a little underwhelming, but I had a cyst on my chin that was very stubborn. Used one of these overnight and I was SO impressed. It reduced significantly, and often micro dart patches don’t have much of a hydrocolloid ‘suck’, but these definitely do. Good size and stuck well too. (The popular yellow brand patches are trash, in case you’re wondering, don’t waste your money)

Doesn’t stick to skin falls off

I’ve been using the BLOOMORA Microdart Pimple Patches for a few weeks now, and I’m overall impressed with their effectiveness. The patches are easy to apply, and although you can feel the microdarts when pressing them on, it’s not painful—more like a slight scratchy sensation. After leaving them on for 6 hours, I noticed a significant reduction in the size and redness of my pimples, especially when used overnight.However, there are a few downsides. The patches are quite expensive for just 12 pieces, and the packaging could be more minimal—there’s a lot of excess plastic, which feels wasteful. I also found that one of the patches didn’t stick as well as I would have liked, though this might be due to my oily skin.Despite these minor issues, the patches work as promised, and I will continue to use them as part of my skincare routine. They’re a great option for targeting stubborn spots, but I do wish they were a little more affordable for the amount you get.
