The instructions were clear, and I had everything assembled and ready to go in under 20 minutes—no tools required! The altazimuth mount was intuitive, and I felt comfortable adjusting it right away.My daughter is completely new to astronomy, however this telescope has made her entry into stargazing not just easy, but absolutely magical.Image quality is fantastic, I was able to see the craters on the moon in amazing detail. The 90mm aperture really brings in a lot of light, and paired with the 800mm focal length, the images are sharp and clear. One of my favorite parts is the smartphone adapter that comes included. I attached my phone in minutes and was able to take photos of the moon that actually looked great! It’s been so fun to share those pictures with friends and family. The stainless steel tripod is super solid and doesn’t wobble like I feared it might. Amazing beginners telescope
Worth It!I’ve always been fascinated by space, but I never actually owned a telescope—until now. Let me tell you, this thing is excellent. The 90mm aperture is no joke. The images are sharp, bright, and just overall incredible. Whether checking out the Moon or trying to spot planets, everything looks way better than I expected. The **high-transmission coatings** on the lenses help with clarity, so there’s none of that fuzzy, hard-to-focus nonsense. It comes with two eyepieces and a 3X Barlow lens, meaning I can get magnifications from 32X to 240X. I honestly wasn’t sure how well this would work, but the zoom is impressive! I even attached my phone and took some decent shots—definitely an awesome feature.I was a little intimidated at first, but setting it up was way easier than expected. The instructions were straightforward, and once I got the hang of it, I was able to quickly focus on whatever I wanted to see. There was no frustration, just straight-up fun.I originally got this for space-watching, but I realized it’s also perfect for checking out wildlife, cityscapes, and basically anything cool from a distance. The tripod is solid, and the whole setup is light enough to carry around, making it great for outdoor trips.I haven’t had any issues (thankfully!), but it’s nice to know that Dianfan has 24/7 support in case something comes up. It's always good to have that backup. If you want a high-powered, easy-to-use telescope, this one’s worth it. Whether you’re into astronomy, nature-watching, or just curious about what’s out there, this telescope makes exploring fun and effortless. I’m beyond happy with it!Highly recommend!

A Stellar Starter Scope – Dianfan Brings the Moon Closer Than Ever!
This Dianfan telescope is an absolute win for anyone diving into astronomy — whether you’re a wide-eyed beginner or a backyard stargazer looking to upgrade from the toy-level stuff. Right out of the box, it looks and feels professional. The stainless steel tripod is sturdy, the scope itself is well-built, and the whole setup is intuitive and satisfying to assemble.Once aligned, this 90mm aperture with 800mm focal length delivers some truly sharp views. I was able to see crisp details on the Moon’s surface that felt almost surreal — craters, shadows, and even a hint of texture. Saturn’s rings? Visible. Jupiter’s moons? Yep, those too. It’s not just hype — this thing delivers real celestial payoff. The included eyepieces (10mm and 25mm) are great for switching between wide-field and close-up views, and the phone adapter is a genius touch — within minutes, I was snapping moon photos that looked like they came from a much pricier rig. Even the carry bag is a plus for portable stargazing nights. What really makes this telescope shine is how approachable it is. No tech snags, no complex calibration — just clear directions and a fun, frustration-free setup that lets you spend more time looking up than looking clueless.Final Verdict:If you’re ready to dip into astronomy or upgrade from a cheap scope, the Dianfan telescope hits the sweet spot between user-friendly and impressive.

Great Telescope
I purchased this several months ago and have had the chance to thoroughly test it now. I’m mostly into astrophotography and some amateur astronomy and I’d say this telescope has performed really quite well, especially for its price point. It had an added attachment for your phone that while a bit finicky to get set up, should work for most devices pretty well. Also, the telescope itself has been really great to use, has good resolution, and is remarkably portable (it all collapses into a relatively small bag)
