I am using this vaccum cleaner for while it works great and efficient, cord length is more then sufficient suction is best in this segment overall product experience is superb but the vaccum use high starting current so always use 16 a socket for safer side

Inalsa Vacuum Cleaner Master Vac 35 ltr is at a very competitive price having more or less all the features, when compared with some of the well established vacuum cleaner brands and their equivalent models in India.One plus point is this model doesn't require Dust bag and both HEPA filter and Sponge Filter can be cleaned and reused multiple times.One draw back I find is Motor gets heated very fast, almost for every 10 to 15 minutes of continuous use, you need to switch off the product to get cool down for next round of use. From my experience this may be due to Copper coated Alluminium wiring is done for the Motor instead of pure copper wiring. I can not confirm on this since we can not see the motor winding.As this model is quoted for both Industrial and Domestic use, I expected atleast 30 minutes of continuous use. This is something the company needs to look into. Hence my rating is 4 instead of 5.

I purchased this vacuum cleaner in mid-October, expecting it to be a reliable addition to my cleaning routine. Initially, it worked fine for a couple of months, but by mid-December, it started overheating and eventually stopped working altogether. Since the product was under warranty, I contacted the company to request repairs, but that’s where the issues began.While the warranty covered repairs, the response time from their customer service was incredibly slow. After a significant delay, the vacuum was finally fixed, and I was hopeful that the problem had been resolved. Unfortunately, the repaired vacuum only worked for about a week before it conked out again.Now, it’s March, and I’ve been chasing them for repairs for months. The repair person keeps promising to show up at a certain time, but they never arrive and don’t bother to update me or inform me about any delays. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I feel like the company does not care to provide this service.At this point, I would strongly advise against purchasing this product if you value reliable after-sales service. The vacuum itself might work well for a short period, but dealing with the company’s unprofessional and unresponsive customer support is not worth the hassle. Do yourself a favor and look for a more reliable brand with better customer service.

Totally disappointed with the product. The vacuum cleaner never functioned from the moment it was delivered. Despite repeated follow-ups, Inalsa showed no responsibility and made no genuine attempt to resolve the issue. Extremely poor service. Thankfully, Amazon was professional and promptly took the product back. Strongly do not recommend Inalsa.
