Using the small packets of dried ingredients that we find in noodle packs is what inspired me to look for dried seaweed. It richens and thickens your broth, and this product--it's amazing how the flakes expand in the cooking process. It's like you're eating your daily serving of greens. You only need one or two pinches to add to your pot. It takes the flavor of your spice very well, and I love adding it to my ramen noodles.

Use sparingly, I add it to my neogushi seafood soup. I put some in my palm about the size of a quarter and do my best to crush each piece. They are still very large when done cooking. I love the taste of it and it goes very well with the seafood soup.

I got these to encourage my skinny cat to eat her food more. She doesn't like eating food that doesn't have a lot of fragrance. It has helped. I crunch a little over the food dish and she gets interested in her food.

This is the tastiest sea weed I've ever tasted. A little goes a long way. I use it in Hot and Sour Soup.. Adds color, taste and texture. Every bite has a nice chewiness. Don't use too much it overwhelms the other flavors. One container goes a long way as the dried leaves expand about 1000 percent.
