Wonderful product. Great for pro and post biotics. Use it for many recipes but really good for dumplings.

Warning???
I just bought this black vinegar and noticed this warming on it for cancer and reproductive harm. (Photo below) I’m curious what this product contains that it needs this warning in it.

Interesting taste and great in sauces
This is the first time I've tried black vinegar, but I have had regular rice wine vinegar, and I found this an enjoyable alternative--about as different from the regular stuff as toasted sesame oil is from plain sesame oil. The vinegar has a slightly salty taste that reminds me of rice wine vinegar with a little soy sauce added in. It's great in sauces and stir fry dishes. The bottle is large and has a secure lid. It should last me a long time!

Good quality though a bit expensive. Great for a dipping sauce.
This is good quality black vinegar. Useful for Asian recipes that call for it, but also could be used as a replacement for malt vinegar in many applications. Definitely makes a nice dumpling dipping sauce sauce when combined with a little toasted sesame oil and/or chili crisp or chili oil... perhaps some fresh grated ginger or sliced scallions.

Deceptive
Fusion Select 500ml Chinese Black Vinegar - Authentic Chinkiang Black Vinegar for Cooking... it's a shame - I ordered this because who ever heard of vinegar that had gluten in it? I I thought that the ingredients list wasn't shown because... how much can be in vinegar? Turns out, not a lot, but there is wheat bran - an ingredient I wouldn't expect to find in vinegar.Sadly, it has gluten so I cannot use it but my son who does not have a gluten sensitivity can. He says that it's tastes great and will compliment the many varied fried rice dishes he creates. Not recommended if you have a gluten sensitivity.
