Made my own greasy Chinese! So good!!
I don't understand why this product has negative reviews... It has zero calories, zero carbs, zero everything. Of course it's going to taste like nothing! Not like rice noodles or pasta has such a great taste on his it's own either. I really enjoyed this with some coconut aminos. Tasted just like good old greasy Chinese. Just make sure you follow the directions exactly and then add your sauce. It will immediately soak up the taste of the sauce and has a great texture. I added a little garlic, green onion, coconut aminos, olive oil, and two eggs. Yum! This is definitely the way to go if you are living a low-carb lifestyle. I loved it.

Great substitute for real pasta
They take on any flavor you add to it like tofu so the options are endless. The texture can be off putting but you have to remember to cook them on the stove for about 15mins to get a lot of the water out.

Perfect for a low carb/keto pasta lover
Where was this a few years ago?! Keto would have been so much easier. These have absolutely zero taste BUT obsorb the flavor of sauce amazingly. The texture is a little strange (rubbery kind of) but not enough to keep me from eating it. Now I can have all my favorite pastas without the crazy amount of carbs 🙌

Didn't order,dislike angelhair/vermicelli texture,too firm,prefer fettucinni version/var brands
I didn't order this. Amazon mistake. I ordered the fettuccini wide noodles. They don't really have much flavor...you usually add a sauce to it for the dish you want to make. Texture is decent, lil crunch/al dente more on the former side and never gets soggy like rice/grain noodles in the soup/sauce. Has lil smell when you first open it,says you must drain/wash it before cooking it dry before using it in dishes. I like the texture. It's a good/decent substitute for rice/grain noodles. I don't like angel hair version, too hard/firm more than I like. I don't like angel hair/vermicelli version. DON'T EVER DELIVER ANGEL HAIR TO ME. Consider getting the 6-9pk bulk order $19.99-$27 from Amazon Fresh/pantry, it's more economical if you eat more than 1X/WK.

Great low cal pasta substitute
I was doubtful at first, but these are a great pasta substitute, especially if you are avoiding carbs or gluten. You can buy various shapes as well. Note - They come ready to eat soaked in water. I always rinse before adding to a meal. The consistency is as close to real pasta as I've found. It is a little more "rubbery" than traditional pasta but I find it VERY bearable. I feel like I can eat pasta again. While almost flavorless alone, they absorb flavor quickly so rinse and drop in hot broth or any marinade, sauce, etc.You only really need to heat them long enough to serve hot. I like to you use broth instead of plain water to give them a tad more flavor. Or I just drop in any sauce I'm making once it's almost ready. They do well in the microwave.. again you only need to heat up not cook so don't over do it.*You can also find various styles/brands that sell more in bulk.*

Very chewy
If you're a fast eater and want something that will slow you down these noodles will do it. I am not a huge fan of the taste nor the texture but they are certainly better for you than traditional pasta. You will have to use other things with this product to make it tasty though. Overall an interesting product, but texture and taste, not great.

Good, but Small Quantity
1 package is good for a single, not so hungry person. (1 pack miracle noodles = a little less then 1 pack of generic ramen noodles). The package says 2 servings per pack, so I mistakingly thought that if I bought 2 packs, it would be enough for 3 people with some left over. NOPE! It was only enough for 2 people to feel kinda sorta satisfied. At $2.60 per pack, this makes it an expensive side dish. When prepared in a good sauce, it is tasty and I'd love to eat it again, but I will look for cheaper alternatives.Note: I know that generic ramen noodles also says 2 servings per pack, so I should not have been so naive to believe that 1 pack could serve 2 people.

Good tip for great texture!
I really do love these noodles. I went back to low carb a few weeks ago to restart my heath journey, and these were the first things I bought. The noodles themselves essentially taste like nothing, so the spices/sauces you use really do take center stage of any dish you make, with the noodles providing that satisfying pasta substitute.A friend once gave me this tip, and it really made a difference for me- boil the noodles for 3 minutes, and then dry roast them in a skillet (no oil added) until they are dry and make a squeaking sound when you move them around the skillet. This gets rid of the rubbery taste and lets them better absorb the sauces. I always make the noodles this way, and they are always delicious.
