Good basic prebiotic
I received this yesterday(6/30/25) so I haven't started to use it. However, this is exactly what I wanted, probiotics that enhances my health without the false promises at big prices.

Great Probiotic
Got these to help with digestion and some recent gut problems. I have been taking them for a week and the problems have been reduced. Are they because of these, not sure, but I will continue to take them and try to get the help I am looking for. They do not have a bad taste or smell and are easy to swallow. The bottle was well sealed when it arrived. The pills are small and easy to swallow and should help with stomach health. The price is right for a good quality product.

Trying a new strain: Lactobacillus Gasseri
It's important to know that there are LOTS of types of good bacteria in the gut. Unless you get a test panel done to find out which are out of balance, you have to play this game of trial and error -- which can be frustrating and time consuming. Understanding that priobiotics are hit-and-miss will help set your expectations.I've tried a dozen types, but have not yet tested this strain (Lactobacillus Gasseri), so I figured I'd give it a go.There are two bottles, each containing 60 capsules, for a total of 120. (Not sure why the listing says "119.99".) The bottles are standard opaque containers, and they have two safety seals -- an outer one around the cap, and an inner foil seal that you have to cut open. They also include an anti-moisture gel packet, which you can discard. The bottle I received expires about two years from now (Feb 2027), which is fine for a 60-serving bottle. (BTW, the expiration date is on the bottom of the bottle, and can be hard to read. Took me a few minutes to find it.) The bottles do seem larger than necessary; they're only about 1/3 of the way full.My only complaint is that these don't come with a lot of information. The label doesn't say anything about lab testing or whether it's GMO free. Yes, it does mention this in the listing photos, but those can be easily changed. This kind of info is important to have on the bottle, so I'm not sure why they would leave it off. Hopefully they'll update it soon.

50 Billion is a LOT!
All I know is that my digestive tract improved just one week after starting my morning with two of these every day. It is important to note that I take them at the very same time, every day, just before breakfast. This is probably the most important aspect of taking any probiotic supplement! This helps to time the 'rest of the story' in a consistent way! If anything changes, I will update this post, but so far, so good!

Not noticing anything significant
It is difficult to know if these are a good value or effective. I've taken them for over a week and haven't really noticed anything different overall: nothing particularly positive or negative. The packaging is excessive and large for the quantity of supplements in the package -- while this looks very professional and expensive it seems to be a waste of plastic/packaging. If the price per unit is similar to other items then I'd say it is a fair value, but I wouldn't recommend purchasing this if it is significantly more expensive. It seems like you're paying for packaging more than the supplement.
