I bought this because I have torn my rotator cuff in both shoulders. I had sharp pain all down my arm to my elbows. I rolled the lidocaine on each shoulder and down each arm and within 2 mins my pain was almost gone and I could lift my arms again. This is amazing. Non sticky is great but I didn’t think it compared to the cream in the bottle. It was hard to get much to come out so you could roll it on and very low heat.
