This book is awesome! I didn't know much about astrology other than my sun sign, moon sign and rising sign and a brief understanding of what those meant before reading it. I'm about half way through and I have learned so much. Not just about my zodiac but planets and everything else that plays a part in my birth chart. I feel like the meanings of everything are spot on with who and how I am. The author really breaks it down and explains things in an easy to understand way. I am reading it like a textbook and taking notes as I go. I would recommend it for any beginner or someone who needs a refresher. It's a good starting point and not overwhelming. After reading you'll have a basic understanding of astrology and can decide from there how much deeper into the subject you want to get. It's a great book!

This knowledge helps me to make perfect sense of the meaning of my life, by being able to study the specific details of my very own Birth Chart. Each chapter explains in-depth a different aspect of astrology. This book is beginner friendly with great detailed explanations for each part of astrology. There is a chapter for the following: Zodiac Signs, Houses, Angles (ascendant, descendant, MC, IC), Moon Orbs, Planets, Retrograde Planets, and so much more.This is the ONLY Astrology book that I ever need. This wealth of information helps to completely understand how ALL the parts of Astrology work together. I'm glad that I ordered the paperback version. I can always refer to any chapter or section in the future.

This book is exactly what I have been looking for. A detailed guide on how to interpret natal charts. Extremely well written (I feel like my best friend is talking to me) and easy to understand. Complete with activities you write in the book to better help and guide you.All aspects, houses and signs are gone through in detail along with conjunctions, trines and all the other terminology you will learn once you dive into this book.This is the in depth guide book I have been searching for. I will be purchasing more of her books in the future.

Love the simple layout, cross references, and rich depth of information! Highly recommend for those wanting to learn more about themselves and the ones they love.

Provides introductory information in a way that is easy to understand, and does so encouraging to look at your personal chart. Some information was a bit repetitive but I think that was meant to aid in learning.

I read this book, attended the authors class through Hay House and this is more in-depth. Maybe because it came out later. I have no idea. It will take you through all the basic stuff, but you will find yourself getting more information which is up to date. Be prepared because the author is going to make you work with this version of the book. You'll learn about astrology and it's in-depth as well as time consuming. I liked it, but I don't see myself doing this full time. A lot of work is needed before I could consider doing it full time or professionally!

I had my chart done and this is an addition for more information. I love the books and information from Yasmin Boland. I will be reading this book daily.

I'm fairly new to reading charts, and this is really helpful. Very well organized and great descriptions. I got the kindle version but am going to buy the paper copy, too - this book is a great reference and I find paper much easier to refer to than electronic. :)

Astrology is an amazing way to get to know yourself and others. Once you get into astrology, get prepared to grow psycholocally and spiritually. This is a great book that makes you want to dive more into the subject.

Great read and its given me more information on the Astrology than I thought was possible. I have always been keen to learn new things about the world, planets, and stars, alongside all this new age stuff. Loved and enjoy reading.
