Q: can we play sharps and flat notes with this harmonica ?

My understanding is, bending notes (to get notes not found on a Richter tuned diatonic harmonica) is not really doable with a "Tremolo" type harmonica. The main reason for this is the design of the "Tremolo" style harmonica, which has you moving air past 2 reeds at the same time. These 2 reads for each note are tuned very slightly different which gives the Tremolo it's unique, accordion-like sound. But the use of 2 reeds for each note rather prevents bending. [Disclaimer; I do not own this particular harmonica (Eastar Admiral 24 hole), however, I do own the Hohner Echo 56 C/G, which has given me a good bit of experience with Tremolo harmonicas.]

Q: Plastic one or this harmonica, which is better?

This is one of the best harmonicas I've played it has very loud reeds and very smooth sound it doesn't exhaust your windpipe it's easy to play but I'm not a professional harmonicas I think it's actually a very nice harmonica very well designed and it is indeed one you would want to use on stage because it's loud enough for everybody to hear with very smooth sound

Q: Do you have any with the 4 indicator reeds in inventory? I would like to order one..I had to return one because it had no white indicators

Q: Compared with the $50 dollars harmonica, wha's the advantage of this one?

The harmonica has 15 screws to strengthen fixation and prevent air leakage. The limited position mouth provides strong airtightness.
