Calm and quiet flow
Nice, calming addition to our apartment. Very quiet water flow. I hold the filter in place with a few decorative rocks so it stays submerged.

The top doesn't match the base or rest securely on the top
The media could not be loaded. I was really excited for this fountain to arrive as it looked so beautiful in the photos. Mine did arrive with a chip on the spout but I would have been ok with that as the water would flow. The issue I have is that the base doesn't match the top, at all, the colour and material are quite different in person. Also the top isn't secure on the base, it is hard to tell from my video but it seems as if it would just slide into the middle easily. As we all know it is a pain to have to return things so I hope this helps you make an informed choice as maybe you like the base :) I wrote another review on a fountain I bought a few months ago that I LOVE! It is running beautifully still. I wanted another for another room that was different but now I may just buy another matching one.

Embarrassing
This was a Christmas gift. The pump failed to last even 24 hours. We set it up late Christmas Eve and it conked out early Christmas morning. I’m very disappointed at Giving someone something that they will assume was cheap. I will have to replace the pump… Not happy!

Nice looking fountain
It's nice looking fountain, ceramic and not cheap looking at all. I also don't see a single chip. It was pacakged well in styrofoam. The tube is too long and shows, which looks a little strange. Also, mine did not come with a plant. Is it supposed to? I assumed so since it was included in every picture.

Ordered twice; chipped both times -- very poorly packaged.
I was looking forward to this product. It has a nice feel to it; heavy ceramic, not some cheap plastic-looking thing. Unfortunately, the top piece is really poorly packaged, and has chipped in transit both times. I'm within the return window so I'm just returning it. Maybe I'll try again in the future. But the maker really needs to sort out their packaging with some additional plastic wrap / buffer / etc for that top component.
